Who is Service First Real Estate?
Service First is a licensed real estate broker. The company was founded in 2001 by Christy Brock, who holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Cornell University and a BA in Economics from University of California Berkeley. 

We are a small team of dedicated professionals organized to provide you with the highest level of service.  Each member of the team has a specific role to play and we all take our jobs very seriously.  We understand that buying a home is, for most people, the largest financial transaction of their life and often the most confusing.  We work hard to demystify the process and help you get through the process.

Christy, Founder and Broker, has primary responsibility to all clients (home buyers, sellers and our bank partners).  As the primary point of contact, Christy will make sure you are satisfied with our service.

Marilyn, licensed Realtor, assists as a buyer's agent and helps to manage the process for clients in contract.

Otis, licensed Realtor, assists after clients are in contract to meet with inspection professionals and understand the condition of each property.  He is always available to stand in when the client is not able to meet personally with an inspector.

Pablo, the everything man, is responsible for making regular visits to our REO properties to check the condition.  He also helps to make minor repairs to properties to minimize the FHA loan process bumps in the road.
